The hotel offered a decent stay with

clean rooms and a good breakfast. However, noise from neighboring rooms was quite disruptive at night. I appreciated the friendly staff, but the loud hallways affected my sleep.

We really enjoyed our stay with comfy beds and a nice, hot continental breakfast every morning. There were some great spots to relax, like the cozy lounge and the outdoor patio where we sipped our coffee. The only downside was the hallways needing some upkeep, but it didn't ruin our vacation at all! 😊

I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms as if they were in ours. Also, the door locking mechanism needed to be remembered to be engaged before leaving, which felt a bit outdated. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, with the excellent breakfast being a true highlight.

We had a nice time staying in a clean, spacious room with good hot water and a great breakfast selection including waffles. The teddy bear at the entrance added a fun touch!

The location in Valdez was fantastic, just a short walk to the harbor. The Deluxe Queen Room was spacious and comfortable, equipped with clean bedding and a nice flat-screen TV. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast had a variety of options, including delicious waffles!

Some minor repairs needed attention.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making the experience feel welcoming. Breakfast options were decent, including fried rice, although the hostess could have been more proactive in keeping the area tidy. The steps leading to the rooms could use a good cleaning, which was a minor downside. Still, sleeping conditions were comfortable, and the historic charm of the place added character.

Great Value Stay in Valdez!

We had a pleasant 3-night stay in a Standard Double Room. The self-serve breakfast exceeded our expectations, especially the hearty options. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our visit enjoyable. For fresh seafood, try The Fat Mermaid despite the price. It's worth it!

Couldn't recommend more for a brief pit stop

Comfortable room, reasonable price, with excellent free wi-fi available in public areas allowing for easy planning of our adventures and a good Continental breakfast starting early at 5 AM to fuel us for our fishing trip.
